Received my two mid-century modern style chairs in less than two weeks. Package was intact, chairs easy to put together, all items necessary were accounted for and some additional as well. Took a long time for me to search for a a pair to match the existing pair I have. So happy Emodern Decor carried them!
Purchase bathroom sinks, kitchen sinks, faucets, cabinet handles and love the products. Our first delivery was a huge disappointment when the items became damaged due to poor packing but we contacted eModern Decor and within a week they delivered us brand new handles. Excellent and friendly customer service. Great low prices that no one has match.
Stainless steel kitchen sinks from eModernDecor are really one of the most sturdy sinks we have ever installed. Drain cleaners, Acidic solutions, and other heavyweight staining agents do not leave even a mark on the stainless steel surface of the kitchen sinks. Other than that, heat and scouring are not a threat anymore. They are tough up to the highest echelon and the best value-for-money product that we have found for our kitchen so far. Feeling blessed that I found you guys. Will surely recommend this to my friends and relatives.
Beware, don't buy anything that will break from this company. They DO NOT know how to package. They are such morons that they put 3 ceramic bathroom sinks in a box with absolutely NO packing material at all. Then put that box in another box (like that was going to help cushion the item).nOut of the 3, miraculously one survived, however, the other two were broken in several hundred pieces. Then, on top of that, when I called to get a replacement I was told without pictures of the broken sinks they would not send me replacements. So we took pictures and sent them. Will post another review to see if the 2 replacement sinks are packaged the same moronic way & how long it takes for me to get them. They tell you 1-2 shipping days, but that's a lie. Ordered on June 22 and received on July 5. That's not 2 days in any stretch of the imagination. They are holding up my remodeling job due to their incompetent ways of packing material. Come on guys, this is basic packing 101 DO NOT put something breakable in a box with NO packing material DUH!
I ordered and received 2 round pillows for 2 Eames chairs. The pillows arrived and I did not like them--they were poorly made, with uneven stitching all the way around. I emailed the company about returning. After a week or so I emailed again. I have yet to hear from them and it has been about 2 weeks since I sent the 1st email. I decided that based on the 15% restock fee and the return postage, I would just keep them and take the loss. Will never buy from eModern Decor again.
