I expected to go into great clips today to get a nice, “great clip”. Was just getting a fix up on the sides and back. Lindsay totally butchered my hair. She seemed very rushed, didn’t talk to me the entire time, didn’t ask if I liked what she was doing to my hair, and when I asked her to bring up my hairline in the back she brought it up super high. There are parts of the sides where it looks like she took a chunk out of my hair. Absolutely terrible job Lindsay, I will never be coming back here! I wish I could leave a 0 star rating.
I had long hair, a little past my shoulders and I cut it suuuper short. The lady that helped me was super awesome, made me laugh, and did a wonderful job on my hair. And she was the only one there so she did good with time to get to the next person. Love that, very reliable. I'll go back again
Terrible... I understand the need to get haircuts done quickly for greater cash flow. One of the main reasons of working in a place like this is to get a large enough customer base to go rent a chair at a real saloon. I could have said something. I don't feel like I should have to though. Take five extra minutes to make sure your work looks good. Cuz you never know when someone's going to publish the photos of it online. Needless to say I'm never going back there.
They cut hair good
This was the third time I've had Crystal cut my hair and beard. She is absolutely amazing and very professional. I've always been skeptical about letting others trim and style my beard
