I absolutely loved this salon! Supper clean and everyone there is so nice!! I went to Launa Taylor and she did an amazing job on my hair!!

Dayna did a bleach, tone and cut process on my hair. By the end of it, my scalp was raw and irritated. She used 40 volume developer with the bleach, which I have never used on my hair because it is so thin and short. She used toner, telling me the one she used was "according to the chart", and when it didn't turn out how she expected, told me she was going to do a bleach cap. The cut was also done very choppily and uneven, with parts of my hair needing to be cut afterwards because there were locks that were 1-2 inches longer than the surrounding hair. The bleach job was uneven and unlike anything I've had done before (bleach, 20 minutes of which were under the hard dryer, toner, ADDITIONAL bleach) and the cut was done so poorly that I've had to fix parts of it myself!

I was mad as hell when I first wrote my review so here's my update: My appt making was super easy, convenient, and pleasant. Upon arrival we were greeted wonderfully! My daughter sat immediately for her appt. There was an open spot, so I sat too. After we sat, my cousin Launa showed up to work (she works there) which made the experience even better-- long time no see; I do wish I had remembered she worked there because she decided to be brave and do my design. She did a good job! She wasn't barber quality (not expected), but it was exactly what I wanted. MY girl had no clippers of her own. She had to borrow someone else's. First flag. I nervously laughed about hair growing back and it not being a big deal if my design was messed up while she carelessly hacked at my shave part. I could feel my long hairs being ripped out, but wasn't alarmed yet. As we walked away to pay, I couldn't help but ask her to do a better job because I felt terrible about how it looked (flat and heavy). She did fix the cut (not my side shave) and I felt better about it. About that time my daughter was 'done' she was not smiling and her bangs were terrible. I asked her to sit back down and get the bangs out of her eyes. She didn't frame or layer like was asked. Her hair looked exactly the same, but shorter. We both walked out feeling terrible about our hair. The next day, when I tried to wear it up, I found she had left CHUNKS of my hair undone! My side burn wasn't even touched leaving my hair around my ear. I was sick at the awful job she did. She literally put in no effort. Mad at the least! If you're going to charge quality salon prices, you need to have salon quality employees. Seriously!
