This should be ZERO stars! HORRIBLE! The lack of understanding and compassion I experienced is beyond anything I could ever imagine from a police department. Protect & Serve is truly OUT the window! I do not understand the concept of having a police department if they are NOT going to do their job, and send you all over the place to other departments only to get a voicemail to pick up. What ever happened to speaking to a live person! Oh, I'm from another time stamp! It took ALL day for me to get a police report done for a theft that happened on the premises of the company I work for. A total DISGRACE to human kind! I am so disappointed in the behavior. How would police officers feel if they were in many of OUR shoes, if they were treated as such! Think about that for a moment.

Truly the type of experience that makes me increasingly terrified to trust the Police. I had a dehumanizing experience and I will never forget or forgive the way in which I was treated.

Friendly and very polite stuff. I live in Hollywood since 2015 and 2 times was in this police department. Every time they helped me and answered all my questions. Thank you for your dutu, guys! You are doing very important things and I appreciate it!

Came here on a Sunday early afternoon to make a hit and run report. Officer A. Vasquez at the desk was very professional and helpful in identifying the proper street where the accident occurred. He was extremely positive and makes a favorable impression to those visiting. Good job, guys.
