Horrible experience. Don’t go here. I’d give zero stars if I could. We had an appointment for 4 pedicures and 1 manicure. When we arrived, there was only 1 employee. She seated us and started on Girl #1. As she was working on that one, another employee (maybe the manager?) showed up and started at the other end of the row. The first employee finished up Girl #1 and Girl #2 while the manager was still working on Girl #3. The manager asked if Girl #3 wanted a sugar scrub, the other 3 of us weren’t offered that at all. Before they even started on Girl #4, more patrons walked in. I was the last to go in our group of 4 and because the rest of my group was finished, the employee rushed. She probably worked on my feet in total for 10 minutes or less. That was it. Such a waste of money. I couldn’t even believe how fast this girl rushed through 3 people. 2 of us while her manager spent the time on just 1! Two of our chairs stopped working and left the massage balls in the middle of our backs and when we mentioned it the first employee said ‘I’m sorry, I don’t know how to operate the chairs.’ Ummm ok... Now onto the actual service. Girl #2 left thinking that the employee possibly gave her ingrown toenails and said it was painful the entire time. I barely got a massage and she didn’t do any of the normal ‘pedicure’ expectations. She didn’t clip back any of the dead skin around my toes and barely scrubbed with the pumas stone. She was all over the place and kept getting up to do things in between each persons pedicure. Then as we were paying she over charged Girl #1 for the sugar scrub that she wasn’t ever offered. I will NEVER go there again. Terrible experience all around. Girl #2 said ‘It’s the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.’ I totally agree. Girl #5 didn’t even want her manicure after sitting through our rushed pedicures and seeing what a horrible job they did.

I love the atmosphere of this location & the nail techs are friendly and professional. Super comfy massage chairs & cleaner than most nail salons I’ve been to. Love this place for pedicures!

I came here today with my daughter for her birthday. The service was great and they were friendly to my children. However listening to their prices change for other people while sitting there was rather bothersome. After I was sat the woman asked if I wanted sugar scrub. I said sure and was not informed it would be $5 extra at any point until it was time to leave. I battled it and the other woman walked up and threatened to charge me the adult price for my child’s pedicures. When I walked in the price was $19.95 for me $6 for my 7 year old & $6 for my 3 year old. When I went to check out the price was $25, $15, & $6. Needless to say I won’t be back after the experience. I believe transparency and they are lacking. There’s no price board except the $19.95 pedicure advertised, it’s just whatever number is spit out at you... Follow up!! after the charge has hit my card, they charged an unauthorized amount as well.
