This place gets a lot of buisness
Great hours obviously.nNo place to get cash if you forget and tat is need for the self vacuum but touch less car wash can use card. A touchy left to make if you’re going south on Sprague so look out. Regular car wash
The guy working today, I wish i would have gotten his name scrubbed my windows and tires before I proceeded into the wash. No one has done that before! I was so happy I drove home grabbed 5 bucks and drove back to give it to him. Awesome job.
Never had an issue with this business until their automatic car wash damaged one of my vehicles. I had to call and email multiple times for weeks, before I was contacted back and the business will take no responsibility for any damage that occurred. The video of the vehicle entering the wash before and after was not retained and staff treat you horribly when you speak them about trying to get your vehicle fixed or even share the cost of the deductible. Called the owner and he had one of his employees call me back, the same employee who had been dodging my calls for two weeks.nI don’t believe this business values its customer base and they definitely don’t respect them enough to even give them timely follow up and basic customer service. I suggest spending your hard earned money at any other car wash or detailing service.
Whenever I'm around tacoma, I always stop by at chassis for a car wash! During the days, there is a worker that cleans your tires while waiting in line. Tip is greatly appreciated. Best car wash in the area.
