The bed bulbs haven’t been changed I. Who know how long I should be super dark but I’m actually getting lighter. They said that they were going to replace them 4 months ago. A bulb actually burnt out and they only replace that one bulb. That is Not right That is so messed up to do to your customers. I have complained about this for months still no results Also says no kid’s allowed but manager let kids come in because she is doing their parents hair I feel like she doesn’t care about the tanning business only about her salon which he is always in’ I have asked a million times I am going to report this to the bbb.

I've been going to tanning salons for almost 40 years :-). A couple years ago I saw this place when I was looking up tanning salons in St George. I love the idea of a 24-hour facility, I work very crazy hours and any place that's open 24 has always work in my favor. 24-hour gyms 24-hour stores 24-hour car washes, you get the idea. I drove to this location the first time a couple years ago got out of the car and the door was locked. It's kind of tucked into a dark corner of the little outdoor strip mall. I thought to myself the place must be closed down... because I didn't see anyone inside thru the windows, the parking lot is empty and it's the middle of the day. Much to my surprise, I was looking for tanning again when I returned here and googled it and found this place was still in business.. I immediately went to the website from here from Google information, and discovered how it works. Definitely go to their website first thing and not to the location itself, that is how you initially get set up. It's an easy straightforward website he tells you packages and their prices and their hours and how the whole thing works. In a nutshell you can pick one of the few packages, when you made your decision here there is a you can pick one of the few packages, when you made your decision here there is a phone number that you can call or text to. In a few minutes you will get a response back (I chose texting). How the process works is, you have the choice to go to the location between the hours of 3 and 5 p.m. daily and I think on Fridays it's between 12 and 2 p.m.. this is where you need to sign all the paperwork and provide your debit or credit card information for the payment of your sessions. If you can't make it between those hours they will leave the paperwork outside for you so you can fill it out and they will process it next time they return to the office. Now the paperwork's a little more complicated than your average tanning salon. This is where I had a couple of hiccups If youve ever been to a tanning salon, you're well aware you have to sign the paperwork that goes over your tanning history etc (is liability required piece of paperwork and pretty much at any tanning salon).. They are going to require your social security number and your driver's license. This is where I began questioning them on why. I was a victim of both the Equifax and Blue Cross personal data breach hacks and I have multiple certifications and 3 degrees in cybersecurity. Yes they are going to need that information question if you're asking why.... They are allowing you into their building 24 hours a day without employees on site except for a couple hours a day. The equipment is expensive, but after speaking to the owner she pointed out their number one concern is really for their customers safety. If you've ever gone to go house hunting or apartment hunting they now require you to give them a copy of your driver's license before you go. This is a safety measure for their employees and for potential customers.. You will pay a $5 access card fee when you first sign up but after that it's pretty straightforward. You can go at your convenience 24 hours a day using an access card, they walk you through the process of where the machines are at, how to operate them, how to clean them up etc, it's a easy system and it's absolutely wonderful. They had brand new bulbs when I did my first session yesterday. I really enjoyed the process and I really do appreciate the owner taking all the time to communicate me via text and provide me immediate answers. I truly recommend using this business, it's perfect for a person who doesn't have time to make an appt and pray that nothing goes wrong in their day so they have to reschedule.

I was going to become a new customer. Door locked. No one answered the new customer phone number. I went to the competition.
