They did a GOOD job considering that my truck was extremely dirty. After looking through out the inside there were some very oblivious spots that were missed during the wipe down inside. Other than that they did a great job out side and their customer service was awesome. I will recommend them. 2 thumbs up ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
Brought in my car in and they didn't do a very good job with the exterior. The contacted me, I believe that day or the next day and wanted to make it right.nThey worked diligently to make it right and they did. Couple of days after, I brought my car in again and they made it perfect by making the car look brand new. Tires and wheels looked spotless.nnThey even fixed the service bell, to notify team members in the shop that a customer is waiting.
I worked with Mike at Lucent for a smaller job to fix some dings on my truck. I felt that my business was valued even though it was not a big job....this shop made sure I was a happy customer. I highly recommend Lucent.
A little expensive but definitely worth the price. My friends joked with me about buying a new car after the detailing was done. Jk, I dont have friends
I have known Jerry & Pam for years. Have taken at least 3 vehicles to them for various levels of detailing. I am always impressed with both friendliness of the staff & quality of the work. The paint protection they offer is top notch. I happily commute from Seattle to get my cars detailed here. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
