I love Anawalt. I get a ton of help from the staff here. They usually have everything I need as a GC. They will load you out which is a huge help to me. Parking isn't always easy because its limited but they help as much as they can. I won't waste time driving to big box stores, then wait for parking and then have to load out myself. These guys really take care of everything.

The main reasons Anawalt is great: close to home & this woman who worked in the nursery dept, Takesha. Admittedly, I'm a big fan of Koontz, nearby, but they don't have a garden section~ I probably work too much, but decided to take a morning to go plant shopping instead & never had so much fun & it was because of Takesha. She helped me style plants & herbs in really cool modern containers & advised me on what works/what doesn't for my set up. Was so helpful & really needed during these weird times in the world! We laughed, we shopped haha~ was great!

A short guy who was the manager came out cursing at me when I arrive and tried to find parking. I could not move forward because there is a truck in front of me, and the car behind me kept honking. Somehow, I felt they were racist because I am the one who got blamed. I was told that my business is not needed.nnI would like to leave but there is another truck that block the driveway. I asked the truck to move, but I was told to drive over the pavement with potential to scratch my car. I told them I don't want to scratch my car, and the employee's response, your car is scratch already.nnI called other Annawalt, and I just found out that apparently they are owned differently, so there is no way to complain to their corporate company. The worst experience I ever have in my life. I was ridiculed, mocked, and humiliated for no reasons. I will never shop here anymore.
