Pensee Nails and Spa

I was able to make an appointment online and add on a pedicure when I arrived no problem. Extremely clean, never felt worried about the sanitation, to the point I would say they were cleaner than any other place I've been in since covid. I look forward to visiting them again for other services and bringing my friends.

This is, without a doubt, the worst manicure I've ever received in my life. I went in for a full set and they did not push my cuticles back or anything before applying that acrylic. One week later, the color is awful... I don't even know how to explain it but just look at the pictures. They also used nails that were too small. It has only been a week since I got them done and it looks like I have had them on for 2 or 3 months.

I had a wonderful 1st time experience. Came here while on vacation and had the best service. I will be coming back next time I'm in Washington.

Amazing service! One of my acrylics had gotten ripped at work, and thus hurt my natural nail. The lady working on my fill noticed right away and was so gentle, while keeping the quality of the nail as perfect as the others!

So today I went there for the first time and I needed a new set. With pink powder straight squared and I ended up paying $45 por something I did not like, besides one nail was crooked and on one finger she filed it on the side so much that my thumb hurts and is a little swollen.
