DO NOT GO HERE!!! The guy who works at the front desk is extremely rude. I was trying to get an issue resolved and every time he picked up he either wasn’t willing to help at all or just hung up on me. I paid $187 for a bleach root touch up which was not done right AND cost way more than they quoted me (roots were orange since it didn’t get left on long enough). I could not make the ONE appointment window they gave me to have it fixed (due to having a fever, HELLO were in a pandemic and I’m being responsible), and so they said they can’t do anything more. WASTE OF MONEY, RUDE staff, and unprofessionalism all over. Can’t believe they don’t hold their employees accountable. They DO NOT put their customers first. Just do yourself a favor and don’t consider this place.

Love this salon. Everyone is friendly and helpful.Madison is wonderful and does a great job, listens and nails it. Gives good advice on hair styles and products.
