Heidi is such a seasoned hair stylist who knows what she is doing without hesitation. A true artist, and a genuinely wonderful human being. She cuts my boss's hair, too. Everyone at the salon is lovely. Customer service is top notch here and I look forward to going back every time. Thanks Heidi !

Has my first appointment with JoElle yesterday. Their suite is a little difficult to find; Google gives directions off of Orchard, but they are actually on the lower level at the back of the building.nnI was greeted warmly. I explained to JoElle how I wanted my hair cut, and received exactly as I described. Price for service is very good compared to other salons. I am very pleased and will be coming back here!

Great services and staff here. The eyebrow waxes are always relaxing and on point.
