Honestly really bad experience. ☹ufe0f I was excited when I ordered a large item online to be picked up in their store because it was a great price! I ordered it 8 days before we needed to pick it up, received 2 confirmation emails, and they charged my card. I called 2 times on different days to give them our order number and make sure it was ready for pickup, both people said come down anytime. It was a large item and I live 30 miles away so obviously had to rent a truck to go pick it up which is no problem except when we arrived it took over an hour of them searching before telling us they didn’t have it. The staff was nice and things happen sometimes which I understand but they didn’t have anything slightly similar to the item we ordered and they wouldn’t give us any deal on another stove or offer any other options. It was kind of like “well they refunded your card” and that was it. My circumstances of having to spend money and time on a truck and travel to get it are not their problem but 2 different employees on the phone told me to pick it up so it was really inconvenient and a waste of time and money. While some employees were searching for the stove on the floor someone made a comment about how unorganized that place is and talking about how nobody does anything right so things get messed up all the time. Also worth mentioning that when we were waiting there were two other customers I overheard having similar issues, either couldn’t find it, misplaced, etc. I’ve never written a review on here before but definitely be cautious if you shop here. If you do shop here I would probably suggest going into store and buying whatever they have on the floor because their online order system is clearly not working so well.

Zach was very helpful and efficient. He was very patient with my selection and helped me with the process! Highly recommended this store. Very reasonable prices and nice things.nEveryone is lovely.

Purchased a washer and dryer set from here and was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! $75 to deliver them which took 2 weeks. They arrived and the dryer doesn't work. I now have to take it back myself and bring the new one home myself because the manager wants me to pay ANOTHER $75 for this exchange. I had 48 hours to return item if not working, I went back 8 hours later and she didn't care at ALL. Worse manager ever and the customer satisfaction is a NEGATIVE ZERO! WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! ALSO, there was two dryer that had dead roaches in them and they knew!

Their employees induce you to buy extra, in fact the item come with one, warranty. promised it could be cancelled later. But you never get it cancelled! They fool you, even just hand up your call. Dont buy anything from them. They even sell you item with obviously major defect!!
