Please HIRE better dispatchers. Why are you guys NOT LISTENING TO THESE COMMENTS! Why are you not managing your guys department correctly! Please fix a EASY situation and Please do a internal investigation. Countless people have said that your guys dispatcher is VERY DISRESPECTFUL! These posts are over a year old! Please go back and listen to tapes that she responded to. You can clearly tell this person does not like her job and not care about the community. Want a better Google review? Pretty sure you guys know what the problem is.
Terrible dispatcher, very rude and seems to just want to get off the phone. Few officers really keep the standard and continue to be great people overall but some people in the department ruin it. It’s very sad that I don’t feel comfortable dealing with the people who’re supposed to serve and protect. I hope you guys get to working on it or something to help with everyone’s concerns.

Was in an accident today where a truck rear ended two cars (including the one I was in). The police officer dispatched did not take down a police report of the accident or inquire as to how the accident happened or check the driver that caused the accident for any signs of impairment.nLater when going to Azusa PD to file a police report we were told by the dispatcher that they are not ‘obligated’ to take a police report down and that we only had to exchange information.nnThank you so much for serving the community.
