They’re really helpful and professional! The station is very clean and feels safe to be in. I’m not sure why there’s bad ratings; maybe it was an off day for these people... I guess they don’t understand these deputies are also busy working. Anyway, Keep up the good work deputies!
Waited TWO hours before leaving in a completely empty lobby (1 PM) just for a simple fix it ticket write off. After waiting the first 45 mins I went back on the after hours phone to remind officer Garcia that I have been waiting and all she said was “that they were really busy” and hung up the phone on me. And after a shift change I’m assuming that she did not tell the next officer that I was waiting in the lobby because she had no clue I had been waiting for the past two hours ud83dude12
I don't know why this station got a bad rating. They were very caring and understanding with my concerns. Very respectful and professional..
One of the worst police departments. They gave someone i know a ticket for only stopping at a stop sign for 3 seconds which is the legal time to wait. And this officer said that the person should waited 5 seconds wft? This department should get better officers or better training. Because real while the real crime is being committed they are over here giving Wrongfull tickets to civilians obeying the law. Such an embarrassment to Paramount ud83dude20ud83dudc4e
Lack professionalism. Female Deputy knew I was in lobby because I heard her narrating me standing by counter and knocking on the counter for assistance but would not come out from behind door to see if I needed assistance. She loves the tax payer salary she earns but will not assist or even ask if assistance is needed when someone is in lobby.
