Customer-focused, employee-focused and innovative
Pros: they have two or three very good experts that they need to build magnetic bearings.nCons: The areas of expertise of the key experts do not overlap so it is a high risk if one expert quits.nThey create and sale business with real prototypes, documentation and management structure, but without key experts. Need to get better in developing of technical experts to attach to the business they sale.
