Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

This is my go to place, but turnover seems to be high on the employees and the last 5 times i've ordered I've been forced to stand outside and wait as much as 30 minutes after the time my ticket said they would be ready. They need better systems for knowing who's pizzas are late and prioritizing. They are making pizzas as they come off the internet when my pizza ordered an hour ago wasn't even finished yet. Also people walk in, place orders and get their order within 10 minutes even though your order was placed literally an hour prior.nnDisappointing

Ordered online, 2 pizzas, paid in full online. We waited until the specified ready time to leave to go pick up-35 minutes after ordering. Due to COVID-19 restrictions they can only have 3 people in the lobby; so since the order is in my name, the air quality is horrible, and I have severe asthma, we decide I'll go in. One pizza is ready, the other isn't. They say 2-3 minutes, please wait outside ud83dude44. There's a freakin reason I ordered these darn things ONLINE. Waited 5 minutes, now they can't find the first pizza. Then when they do, it's not made correctly. C'mon y'all. Almost $40 (used a coupon) for 2 take-n-bake pizzas that took AN HOUR.

They make a great stuffed garlic chicken pizza and the stuffed Pappa one is good as well.
