Subway

I did NOT have a good experience at this Subway which is why I'm writing. Upon entering the store your associate went to the back of the store and then reappeared with a below par greeting. Then he informed my husband and I that there was no Italian Herb and Cheese Bread. We were totally fine with that....upon informing the associate of our food allergies he responded that he couldn't make our subs. Which are subs we've had made at this establishment before due to the same reasoning. I would definitely take a look into diversity training during your seasonal holiday hiring.

Sandwiches were delicious. Only disappointment was the refusal of a bath room. First they would give you a key until you ordered and paid. Now they don't have any WC at all! Lol

Stood for 15 mins one young man was making the sandwiches for 2 people in front of me, the girl working there was doing bread and everything else while i was standing there making the poor kid make all the sandwiches i understand side work but when there’s a line all the customers in line need to be helped first. left to a different subway won’t ever go back to that one.

I usually love this Subway but yesterday at 5:15 pm, I walked into the store and the young lady at the cash register was not wearing a mask. The other young lady making the sandwiches was wearing a mask. I turned around and walked out. No mask, won't eat there.

I have been coming to this Subway since it opened, almost 20 years. Well tonight 10pm we came to order, the woman would only make 2 subs at a time and then told us that we needed to get back in line for the others. Usually we have a positive experience, not tonight. I will not be coming back this one again.
