This is not the first time they have been lazy and left out what they are supposed to do but it will be the last time for me! They didn't clean the doors inside or console or cup holders and didn't wipe down or vacuum the sides of the seats! They left the whole right corner of the windshield inside smudged! I opened the hatch and they didn't do the inside window or vacuum! I tried telling the kid that brought me my car and his attitude was horrible and I left! What happened to the good down home customer service you used to get from there? These kids should be happy they have jobs and get tips! The River Road car wash has gone down hill and have lost my whole family's business!

I had a great experience here. Had the inside and outside of my van detailed. It cost about 100.00 which was pricier than I wanted but I felt like they did a good job. I obviously could have hired someone to come to my house who would have spent longer but I didn’t have time to set up an appointment.

We went here 3 times and got 2 $35 dollar services both times the vehicle wasn’t clean just thinking maybe next time it would be better. 3rd time we went and got $120 service because we were convinced by a worker he does “amazing” but the result was okay but there was a lot of missed spots still had to go and tell him to clean what he missed since he convinced me to get the $120 package. They didn’t seem to happy about it. But, I’m definitely convinced this place isn’t just worth the money for the quality of cleaning they provide.

I should have read the reviews before going here... Spent 33$ to get exterior and interior done... probably the most disappointing money I’ve spent... I had to redo the entire thing myself after getting home... Having worked at a car wash when I was younger I know I what things are supposed to be done... they did the BARE minimum! Like couldn’t even wipe the dust away from my dashboard... I’m seriously disappointed with the quality and DO NOT recommend anyone goes here... Not sure how they get away with charging the prices they do but this is borderline a scam... so sad...
