So in 2017 I purchased a AFA stainless rain shower tub with hand wand I spent $500 cash without hesitation I had literally dreamed of this piece of hard ware even built my bath room and shower around it. I had no reason not to trust this place as my plumber uses them for his needs. I had the shower connected by my plumber and when the main water was turned on the unit leaked from multiple points i took video and pictures and returned to US supply met by ABE he gave me complete run around wanting me to go to the manufacturer giving me and excuse he had no more in stock and would not offer refund or exchange. THEY ARE LUCKY I DIDN'T TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I did make contact with the manufacturer to let them know of the business practices. Im a disabled army veteran and only had a need for this equipment as i suffer from mobility issues. This place also made me feel not welcomed there was a bald guy right out of central casting type lurking about attempting to pressure me. dont waste your time or money at US (NON) Quality inc
