I cannot say enough good things about SERVEPRO of Tacoma. We hired them after we experienced significant water damage. They were always professional, worked hard, and got in and out of my home as soon as possible (while still doing an excellent job). Marquise was absolutely wonderful -- always willing to answer my questions and kept me in the loop about the steps he was taking during the entire mitigation process. Because of him and his crew, I would not hesitate to hire them again.

SUPER PROFESSIONAL!!! These guys are the best! I chose Servpro after interviewing four companies that were referred by my insurance company. Jason/Jeff really impressed me with their knowledge and professionalism at our first meeting. My house had a large fire and they cleaned and stored all my content while Jeff's crews rebuilt my home. I would definitely recommend Servpro. They made this horrible experience a little easier.

We had a small water damage in my basement from my water heater. Initially called my insurance company to make a claim and they referred me to these guys. They sent a guy out too look at it and start the dry out. In the end, the job total bill wasn't too much more than my deductible so Servpro lowered the bill to my deductible amount and I canceled my claim which will hopefully keep my rates down.nnGood customer service from these guys.

We had an unfortunate accident causing water damage to our home. After a terrible experience with another company that supposedly does water mitigation, Jason of Servepro came and saved the day. He was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional. I had confidence that he fully understood the situation. As far as having the actual work done, Marquise was here daily. He was friendly, professional, courteous, hard working, willing to go the extra mile, trustworthy, knowledgeable and all around exceptional. I had full trust in his ability and wasn’t let down. He worked hard to salvage everything possible. My kids and I loved having him here and were sad to see him go. Because of the excellent work done, I’m having Servepro do the restoration as well. Every employee was great: Ken and Leonard as well. If you want your job done correctly, please don’t hesitate to trust your home to these young men. I’m looking forward to reviewing the restoration as well.
