I had a wonderful experience with the services at Hammond Knoll. I got my area rug cleaned for an extremely reasonable price and got it back days before originally scheduled. The staff, especially Marta, was super friendly and helpful with the process. I will definitely use Hammond Knoll in the future for professional cleaning services. Highly recommend!

Hammond Knoll is amazing. Joe was excellent and very knowledgeable about cleaning tile and gave me lots of tips. He was personable and professional and did a fantastic job. My tile walk in shower looks as good as it did when we first had it installed 16 years ago! He even got our fiberglass shower pan completely white again! Marissa who came out to give the bid for the job was equally wonderful and answered all my questions. Marta at the office was so sweet and nice and helped make sure I got my VIP discounts. The customer service with this company is top notch! Would recommend to anyone needing any cleaning done!

Hammond Knoll has a great reputation among many people I know. It's kind of the cadillac of carpet cleaners. I was a little worried about cost. Not to fear. Their prices were very competitive and more than fair for the service delivered. Everything about the experience was great. Marta in the office was wonderful to work with. The carpet cleaner was on time, efficient, friendly and courteous. The work was completed in the time frame promised. I felt that they went above and beyond at each step. Will definitely use again.

I brought a remnant to them because I needed a custom sized area rug for the entrance way of my apartment. I gave them the exact size of the floor area, and they took it from there. What a great job they did. The size, and edge binding were perfect. And the people there were wonderful, so friendly, courteous, and helpful. I enjoyed my visits, and on top of that the price was right! 5 stars across the board. Thanks so much!

I have used Hammond Knoll for so many services for years and I wouldn't trust my carpets to anyone else.
