Wonderful customer service! Answered their phones, gave me same day turn around when I needed it for no extra charge. Walked the big items out to my car and loaded it up for me. Stayed open so I could come pick it up right next to closing time. I will be using them again!! Very sweet couple.

Had to have the zipper on my expedition pack replaced. Told the lady i was on a time crunch, and she said she could get it done. To my delight it was done a day early! The new zipper is indestinguishable from the others. excelent work, good price, 5/7 would recommend.
