WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. WAITED 25 minutes for help. Asked 5 staff for assistance with wood molding. Not my dept. can you get someone? To incompetent. The store was not crowded. Finally after raising my voice and saying does anyone work here the manager tried but he was not of much help. I told him he should be fired for the lack and f any customer service. I expect that from home depot
Gus Martinez! Great guy..knowledgeable & helpful! He helped with windows and doors for a house remodel & had some great suggestions and made it a pleasant experience.He gets it done!!
I was having major problems with my General Contractor regarding windows and doors for my home addition when I went to BMC in Mar Vista and meet with Gus Martinez in the window and door department. Gus helped me navigate what needed to be done to get the window and door order done correctly. He even caught an Egress problem the General Contractor and the Architect didn't see, saving us a huge chunk of time and money. In the end we ordered all our windows and doors from Gus and were happy to see BMC beat Home Depot prices on both. I might add that when my patio door was delivered from the supplier with flaws, Gus quickly got us a replacement. Thank you Gus and BMC! See you when I start my next project.
DO NOT ORDER WINDOWS AND DOORS from GUS (sales rep)!! Ordered and spent over 50k there for my house and needed replacement parts but he keeps forgetting, loses the order, lies and tells me tomorrow everyday and has yet to help me out! Honestly, how difficult is it to invoice me for 5 parts? Visiting there daily and asking about the order doesn't help either. Best to go elsewhere for windows! He needs to be fired! So pissed off at Gus!
This is the worst building supply company. I live in the area and I went there to get an estimate on 10 Marvin Windows. I spoke to Franco Merida and he asked me to send him the measurements. I sent Franco an email on 1/18 and he never replied back. Therefore, I decided to call and speak to the Manager Brian Benett he asked me to send him an email with the information and he would get back to me, which I did on 1/26. To this day I haven't received a call or email regarding the price of 10 Marvin windows. I don't know how this company stay's in business!nDon't waste your time here go to Home Depot!
