My friends had an emergency for delivering baby. Her due day is next week, but start to have contractions on the way to the hospital. We had to park in a small plaza and dial 911. Monrovia Policeman came in 2 mins after I called. Badge No. 36 policeman help my friends deliver the baby according to the 911 doctor on duty in 5 mins. No one has that experience as an OB doctor, but No.36 is brave and responsible to do that! Appreciated !!!!!! They are like the Angel when we are in desperation!

The meter maids here are highly aggressive in the downtown area. I was incorrectly ticketed for a license plate violation. I got it signed off, the cop told me the citation should have been for registration not a plate violation.nnMy other friend was also ticketed that month. We no longer go to the downtown area anymore as a result.nSo calm down and remember this affects the local businesses too. There is spirit if the law, try it once in a while.

Spent the night in jail here because I had 2 warrants. I was here on a Friday. The jailor in the night was very respectful ud83dude4f also the female jailor is the morning that released me Saturday morning was very respectful and nice ud83dude4f they gave me new court dates for both warrants I had. I went to court for both warrants in El Monte and Los Angeles. I am now warrant free ud83dude42 THANK YOU VERY MUCH MONROVIA POLICE DEPARTMENT ud83dude4fud83dude4f I am so thankful for you guys. It feels amazing to not have warrants bothering me.
