Showers Plus

I purchased a silk rain shower head from them at the Los Angeles County Fair, and installed it. It worked wonderfully, and wanted to purchase another one as a gift, but couldn't find it on their website. I called and ordered it over the phone instead, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

We purchased the Hi Lo All Directional Shower head at the Minnesota State Fair. We also purchased two faucet sprayers. All of the items we purchased were displayed at the fair and worked beautiful. The shower head had a lot of pressure with the water zig zaging back and forth. It felt wonderful. We were told the sprayers would fit on any bathroom faucet. What a great idea for a bathroom faucet! WELL, Guess what????? We installed the shower head. Now keep in mind that the shower head we had in there prior had lots of pressure! The new shower head had very little pressure and the water did not zig zag back and forth like the display. The shower head was like a very soft rain falling on us. Not at all like the display. As if that was not bad enough, we tried to install the sprayers. They did not fit. We thought we were doing something wrong so we had a plumber over to look at the shower head & sprayers. Result, the shower head was as good as it was going to get and the sprayers no would fit on the bathroom faucets. I tried to call Showers Plus, not once but six different times within 5 weeks. I left them messages asking them to call me back. You are right. They never did return my calls. Guess they just do not care. Their goal is to sell but not service. I would not buy from them again nor would I suggest anyone purchase anything from them.
