This place takes 2hrs if not more just to file a report. When they only have one officer taking 10 peoples reports. Some are even urgent like a missing persons report. Incredible....When it's your turn they decide to help someone else.... even though youve been here for 2hrs. If I could give zero stars I would. What a waste of my tax dollars.... What are we paying for??? So many years paying for taxes. Seriously what are we paying for???
They never answer the phones. I think our tax dollars are being wasted. Homeless population in LA has reached a boiling point. We were having ice cream sitting outside a local business in Westwood and a homeless man walked from the other side of the street to us, he stood over us and tried to pick up my dog. I told him to stop that’s when the guy got confrontational and we felt scared. I ran into the ice cream shop to have them call 911. We got nothing. The workers of the establishment pushed the homeless man away from their customers. Homeless crisis has gotten scary. Please get these violent and extremely filthy people off the streets and euthanize them like we do with animals.
I was born their and raised there I was wondering as a child and saw the police being beat up by the people of the nebor hood year's later I seen them on skid row huddle in the rain.
We haven't even stepped into the place and the customer service is horrible. We've been trying to call them for hours with no response. I have to file a police report and yet they're not getting it done for me. 7 hours since the incident and nothing is done. Thank you very much LAPD Southeast Police Department.
