wish that I could give them no stars. I was given the run arounds in the morning. I did an appeal in person and the gentlemen there stated that I was going to get a letter back with the address that I gave them. I got the letter somewhere else. Not only that but I have seen many people that don't have permits and still park where they want without them getting cited. The school also need to make things more clear for students that buy parking permits. The campus police really needs to do their job!!!!!!!

The police here are just super unfriendly. One of the officers extremely rude to me saying that my position meant nothing and that he meant more than I did.

The dispatcher was beyond rude today. I normally go in and get help from a friendly older man. Today a younger man was sitting there, unhappy, rude, sarcastic and gave terrible service. So unfriendly, not sure why he showed up to work today.
