The associate in returns/customer service was rude and unhelpful. Completely obvious she was uninterested in helping me.
This Lowe's, like most Lowe's, is clean and well organized. The items I needed were easily found and the shelves in general looked well stocked. The staff from the time I entered the store to the time I checked out were very friendly and readily available to answer questions and provide assistance. Unlike another large chain home improvement store, the employees at Lowe's seem to enjoy their jobs and take pleasure in assisting customers. This particular Lowe's is on my way home from work so it is now my go-to place for any home improvement items I may need.
Almost no one there and the plant gate and pro gate were open. That's why I go a bit farther than Home depot.
Absolutely terrible service. I purchased a fridge online and also paid for the haul away service for my old fridge. When the new fridge was delivered, the folks delivering said they did not do haul away and to call my nearest Lowe’s to schedule the service. Seemed simple enough. I’ve called this location 8 times trying to speak to someone competent enough to help me and I’ve had no luck. Three hours in total on hold to have no resolution. Completely insane.
I'm not a Karen, in fact I never complain for stuff like this but this time I just had to say something so that other people don't go through what I did. WORST Customer Service. If you want to talk to someone forget about calling, they'll never answer the phone, you might want to go to the store and talk to someone. I ordered a fridge and it was out of stock they told me they would have it in 2 months, I was ok with it. They called me 2 weeks after buying it saying they had already received it and that they should be delivering it to my place in 2 days, I was surprised and happy, the day came and nothing, I called, called and called and nothing, until maybe the 10th call someone answered and they said my name was not on the list for deliveries and that the fridge was still out of stock, imagine if I hadn't called, I would've waited all day.
