Puyallup Historical Society at Meeker Mansion

We did get a little history guide while there and all questions were able to be answered. Not sure if I would go again but it was very nice to attend.

I used Meeker Mansion as my wedding venue and couldn't be happier with my choice. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. My guests enjoyed the historic venue. Parking was excellent even during fair season.Thank you Meeker Mansion/Puyallup historical society for such a great day!

Meeker Mansion is a must see if you are in the Puyallup area! I love and enjoy museums like this because you really get a feeling of how it was living during a certain time period.nnThe reason I gave 3 stars is because I had driven all the way out there on a Sunday (which is when they are open to general public) only to arrive to a private event, which was not listed on their website. The museum employee had mentioned that it had been posted a day prior on FB but not everyone uses these social platforms. I hope for the future they will also cancel out days on their calender for private events on their main website. If you are planning to go between Wed-Sun, make sure to give them a ring before going to avoid any disappointment.
