Seriously the best thing you could do is listen to these reviews. My husband and I sure wish we had. But honestly it was so late in the day and we were literally desperate for help with our water damage. The initial guys who came out to do our water clean up were great and super nice. No complaints about them. But I’ve learned DO NOT take reference from your plumber who recommends a company to you. Obviously they get paid off recommendations.nnThis company was also supposed to do our contractor work but they literally were taking so long to get back to us, my dad who is a dry waller did some much needed dry wall repairs for us. Once the contractor showed up and saw some of the work was done, he literally threw a fit and said he wouldn’t touch it now. Honestly so frustrating and rude.nnAt the end of it all as far as we knew the billing was all good and set through our insurance. Christmas Eve we checked our mail and we had a notice for a Lien to be placed on our home because apparently they didn’t get paid. We got NO phone calls and NO letters No contact at all from this company that they hadn’t gotten paid. They went directly to place a lien on our house. The best news was we were literally days from selling our house. The communication is horrible with this company. I honestly don’t even know how they are in business. Disgusting. For a week we couldn’t get ahold of anyone to figure this out. It was so stressful. We ended up talking to Alex who honestly his customer service sucks. Apparently the lady who was dealing with our bill quit or got fired. So this company completely dropped the ball on their side of things and was trying to make us “pay” for it.

As a manager of multiple properties, it's important that I work with a dependable company that does the job right. That's why Washington Restorer is always my first call when flooding or water intrusion happens. The technicians are all helpfull, knowledgeable and professional. Especially Nick who was an absolute rock star in helping us get through a complicated and multifaceted leak clean up! Mercedes was always super-helpful when I called and kept out communication seamless. Thanks again guys!

Washington Restorer came out on a Saturday morning after we had a sewage backup in the basement. They worked quickly to clean it up, and ran dryers and dehumidifiers over the next week to dry it out. Everyone I worked with was polite, helpful, and reassuring. I hope I never ever have to have to deal with this problem again, but if I do, I'd call Washington Restorer first!.

I called for an estimate for water clean up. They gave me an estimate of the work what needed to be done. I declined the estimate because they wanted to replace the whole floor and bathroom because they will just charge the insurance. I refuse to be part of the insurance fraud. they billed me 2k just for the estimate. Now they are suing me because I refuse to pay and be part of the insurance fraud they recommended.nBe warned call somebody else, trust me on this. I never write reviews but now I'm forced to so this will not happen again to anyone.

I had 2 bottom floor apartment back up with sewage water in the middle of the night. Called their emergency phone line and was able to reach and schedule for someone to come out right away. Very friendly, professional, and did a great job. Will definitely be using them in the future.
