The employees are very nice especially the new girl Duanna. Had an issue with the pumps, got frustrated and she calmly solved my issue. Great service!!!
When I walked in I saw the clerk with a head set in both ears and I had to ask of he was ready to assist me. With one ear bud removed and a nod, he proceeded as if he was distracted by his ear bud remaining in his ear and I was more of a bother than a customer spending money. I promise to try and never bother Mina Manager again.nSecomd time I went in forgetting this station has poor customer service. I was met with a woman that apparently thinks not responding to a direction question is not rude.nI am getting the hint this store is not a stopping option since I prefer polite and attentive attendants and not rude ones that ignore me.
Returning from an appointment in Seattle I stopped for a bite. Two hot dogs for 3 bucks. Looks like a newly built or renovation. Clean in appearance. Friendly helpful staff. The clerk helped me by asking my needs to properly package and carry my food. She even went and got the items I needed from the little deli. Great person!
I showed up at this shell at 2.37am and i tried to buy some chips from the store. The associate working said he was closed. I asked him why does the window say 24hours and he proceeded to tell me im closed i dont care. And had no respect towards me, he was only interested in his converstaion he was having on his bluetooth ear piece. Wanted to spend $10 in food and about $50 in gas but that didnt happen because of this rude associate not wanting business.
It's the best store ever! Always clean, wonderful people! Everything organized! Good service!! Great food, great coffee!! It's my favorite store!!!
