Kassandra nails it. Every time! My last appointment she spent 3+ hours on my hair, no rushing, she genuinely cared about my needs and my hair goals. My previous stylists botched my hair and did a bleach wash without my permission to try and lift my burgundy phase. It was terrible. My hair was fried, falling out, and awkward. Then my mom recommended Kassandra to me. First thing she did was send me home with some Olaplex and that did wonders on restoring my ends. Then she lifted all the dyes by using natural means! No bleach! The process took three girls and three hours but my end result was amazing and not terribly expensive. My natural red hair is coming back and its so beautiful. She cut it today and again, nailed it with length and shape. Totally affordable. Everyone at the salon is so awesome! I have followed Stephanie here - she is ah-mazing!! I have been going to her for several years and always works her magic with color in my hair. I found her bc a friend of mine kept posting photos of her hair that went from almost black to the coolest grey color and thought, wow! Whoever can do that and make it look so good, can do anything.
