Cute Nails

The first time I went to this salon I had a good experience. However, the second time I was extremely disappointed with the work and the lack of professionalism when it came to resolving the issue.nnI got a gel manicure that did not last one full week. The sides were peeling up and chipped all around every single nail within the first 5 days. I went in an explained to one of the nail techs that I would like to have them all fixed, showed her the damage and she said okay. Told me the wait would be about 15 minutes and asked me to choose the color I would like. I asked if changing the color would result in a fee before we got started, and was told no. And so, we proceeded with a gel manicure with a new color.nnOn the way out I tipped the technician that re-did my nails, but then was asked to pay full price. The manager said that I needed to make it clear that I wanted it just to be fixed and not a full manicure before they started (which I did not once, but TWICE with the nail tech that greeted me and the one that actually did my nails) then he changed the story and said that because he wasn’t in the building yet and did not see my nail before they got started, I would have to pay. The “best” he could do was give me $5 off...nnThe lady that did my nails was sweet and took her time. So I can say that I appreciate that (hence the extra star) However, management was rude and my issue was not resolved appropriately. I was lied to, felt like I was being scammed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been going to this salon for about 4 years now. The salon is very clean and the services are great. The owners are very sweet, and they care a lot about their customers. They are very open to hearing about their customer's experience. I've seen nail techs come and go. Some have been sub par, but I have noticed that they aren't there for very long. I would have to say about 95% of my experiences here over the past 4 years have been fantastic. I won't go anywhere else. Not sure what's up with the website though, lol. Love this place!

I love coming to this salon every month or every other month. The owners are great, they give you exactly what you want every time. When I move I'm really going to miss this place. The atmosphere is just relaxing and very pleasant. I would give 10 stars if I could.

My nails look absolutely amazing. I got exactly what I was looking for. Ladies, I 100% recommend this nail salon!!!

I paid for the 40 minute pedicure/foot massage and barely got 25 minutes. The lady didn’t even tell me when she was done. She simply walked away without saying a thing. I wouldn’t recommended this place until they fix their false business practices and advertisements.
