Useless don't even come here for help they'll leave waiting forever. I wish there was a way to cut taxes from this station. This station needs competent and understanding people.
HPPD tried to Detaining me for unlawful reasoning and the cop car that pointed the light. His partner came out with baton and that moment I felt insecure and scared for my life cause a cop had baton ready to hit and I think as a view they should have not have done that cause he was technically armed and i had no weapon. Just to clarify HPPD should not go to someone with a weapon in hand because that’s a threat and most people would find it injustice. HPPD really look into your workers
Honestly, the dispatcher's are very rude. I called about two days ago to report a car accident and the lady dispatcher was very rude, she was no help. Then about two weeks ago, I called to report some gun shots and they took foreverrrrr to pick up. Imagine laying there dying and they're not picking up your calls. Smh.
It’s sad but true...The Huntington Park police department is trash! The officer are just in it for the money not to service the people of Huntington park! Instead of spending money on robot cops, spend money on proper training for your officers.
Wanted to report a noise disturbance from some inconsiderate neighbors having a party in their backyard. Called once, no improvement. Called a little over 30 mins later, dispatcher told me that they will try to send someone out as soon as possible.nnI can only assume that the police department doesn't have enough units to cover the city or the dispatcher is not doing their job and relaying the information to the units because it is not important or urgent. Maybe members of City Hall should implement a strict curfew.
