My first time shopping here but I understand how difficult the guys the were helping me to find a 3/8 to 1/2 inch adapter for the faucet sink for the bathroom. I guess the guys that helped me were new on the job plus they did not have a mask on them. So I found what I needed. Wish they were trained better at that store with good people's skills. I would come back again. There's everything that your piping needs. Thank you.

I just had the rudest experience. I followed the Ace email directions to pick up my online order at LB Johnson Ace location. The associate rudely told me I was at the wrong location. I showed him the email, and he still insisted I was at the wrong location. He told me I could pay for the items again at this location, and cancel the online order when I got home. Paying twice just didn't make sense to me, and he kept treating me as if all this was my fault, when the Ace email clearly shows I'm at the right location.nnI'm never shopping at Ace Hardware again. What a waste of my day.

Great hardware store.ud83dudc4dfor being small they shore pack a Tyson punch ud83dudc4awhen it comes to variety and options for all y home DIYEr. Also hardly any lines and knowledgeable workers. Recommend it all the way. Small parking lot in back of store also.ud83dude0a
