Temporary solution to a long - term one in progress. I can't wait for the completion of the transportation hub. They need a more comprehensive tram in the final transportation hub.

The whole experience is awful, taking a shuttle with no social distancing inside. Then you get to waiting lanes without social distancing either. You try to select a pickup zone, where half don't appear. Then you select a uber that constantly offer you an insanely expensive option over $150, until you finally decide to cancel and switch to lyft for a reasonable price. This whole thing is just a patch on an really badly designed airport.

It's a pain to have to take a shuttle to ride share. And the shuttles can take awhile to come. Overall I feel like they could have created a more efficient system for returning travelers.

Power outlets don't work.nEmployees aren't wearing masks.nGave 2 stars instead of one because the area is consistently clean and orderly.

Horrible experience. The shuttle bus has NO SOCIAL DISTANCING setup, so travelers are packed-in just after getting off a plane. Not smart or safe.nAt the Uber lot, good luck getting a driver to accept you ride unless that are getting over $50. I ended up taking a taxi, which was a much better experience, with no waiting.nUber drivers are killing their business.
