Double tickets at any given possibility. If you're maybe potentially in the red you get a ticket. Can't afford to pay for your registration for your car because of the parking tickets they keep giving you? Well too bad, now you'll get a ticket for no proof of registration every time for 85 dollars further keeping you stuck in that situation.

I was never parked outside the forum but received a parking ticket in the mail stating that I was. Ticket was received months after the violation and beyond the date to contest. Scammers!!!
