Duty officer kept hanging up on me in the 30 mins I waited for him to answer.My wallet was stolen twice at the same location. The first time I reported it they never got back to me. This second time they said they can't do anything if there's no get away vehicle involved. Why are they getting paid $21 an hour if they are garbage?

These guys rite now are the most unprofessional I HAVE EVER MET IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I mean other departments from other cities are alot more nicer than they are and they do they're job. Instead of handcuffing the victims they lay a hand on people who call THEM for help.
The most horrible experience ever! The customer service at this station is painful. They need to remember that WE pay for their six- figure salaries, the least they could do is to be cordial and helpful. Just hope nothing serious ever happens to you, don't count on them
