Wow I’m so impressed with the customer service from the pick up station in the store. I ordered an item from Lowe’s online website and it was time for me to pick up at store. I arrived and waited in line at the pick up cashier station for less than 5 minutes and then it was my turn and Rick asked for my info confirmation # and ID and off he went to retrieve my item and while I was waiting less than 5 minutes several employees asked if I needed assistance. Every employee was so nice and courteous I was kind of blown away by the great customer service especially Rick he was quick on getting me in and out. Rick gets a 10 out 10 score. This store has wonderful employees. Thanks everyone.
