Very polite young lady working here.nSeamed to enjoy her job. I'm not much for Subway, but she made a great sandwich.
So all I wanted was sandwiches and i called the store and the guy couldn't answer any questions all he said was I don't know you'll have to speak to a manager and i asked if I could speak with someone else he wouldn't let me then i asked to speak to the manager he told me no shes not here she runs in between her 6 stores its sad you just lost a customer because you have no one working there who can answer a few simple questions...do you make planters of sandwiches? What is the largest size of sandwiches for you make ? Like really disappointed and to not take my order ?
I go there about once a week to order my Italian sub and Ethan is always so nice!!
I’m so disappointed!!!!! I ordered the breakfast combo on a flatbread, asked for it to be toasted, nope it was super cold and disgusting, the sign says coffee included, she told me she doesn’t know how to make it, as there was a Kuerig behind her, all she had to do just press a button. I guess why I’m mainly frustrated is because I’m on a certain diet and rarely order to go orders, but when I do, I suppose I expect them to be somewhat close to what I asked for.
Both locations on 410 state they open at 10am. Sitting out here now for 15 minutes after 10 and the doors are still locked.
