The company was called to give my elderly mother a quote for water damage. The person(Larry) who came in gave her a quote fore more than $6000, with more damage that was there. She was told there was mold and that water had soaked the insulation in her crawl space, all the carpet on the main floor of her house had to be replaced, all the drywall and floor broads would also need to be replaced. Which wasn’t true, after having someone else(who was recommended by her insurance agent) come out none fo this was true and it could all be fixed for a lot less. I wouldn’t recommend any company that tries to take advantage of elderly or people who are in a position to trust that people will be honest and trustworthy.

We worked with ServPro of Puyallup on a large roofing job. They were easy to communicate with and worked side by side with them to meet the customer's deadlines. We work with them on big and small projects! We love partnering up with ServPro of Puyallup!

Massive wind storm on Labor Day blew branches into roof which created a massive leak inside the house a week or so later when the rain started. ServPro was called in. Immediately they dispatched a roofing contractor – Rob with ARMCO, who mitigated the leak and tarped my roof. The inside team showed up – Kala and Marissa – they were totally professional and did an amazing job of explaining what they were doing and what the process entailed, they sealed off area from rest of house, removed wet drywall, pulled up carpet, went into nasty crawl space to check moisture levels through floors, etc.. . Several repeated trips afterwards to monitor and add or take away dehumidifiers.. Once area was dry - the team of ServPro construction was on the spot with Joe providing me with a very well detailed plan of attack on the entire process of rebuilding. Nate the craftsman, has been at the house doing drywall and texture, etc… I am extremely happy with the team of ServPro folks that have mitigated out leak issue. Great job folks! Highly recommend!

Just had a gentleman by the name of Lucas come out and give us an estimate and he was extremely helpful, professional and did a great job of explaining how everything will be handled. He was definitely looking out for the best interests of his customer.
