There's really only certain things I buy from Harbor Freight because I don't like it when tools break on me. And ever since the Covid-19 BS started they haven't had gloves in as regularly as they used to which sucks. It is what it is though. As far as the customer service is concerned, they're absolutely superb! They go out of their way to help you if you need it.
