The guy their gave us twice the wrong part.
Changed my 5 to a 3 star. Online shopping sux. I know for a fact I had something shipped from them, and now they won't ship it. I need to have things shipped. I'll find someone else who will.
Friendly and helpful staff always knowledgeable about their products and where to locate them. Pleasant and Clean! They always have everything in stock and where it's supposed to be. Great prices great staff one of the best Home Depot locations I've ever been too.
Sales associates are nice but not well trained and manager is like a robot repeating himself, not making any effort to understand. The promise and don't deliver more than one occasion!!! Many issues on delivery process and then refused to install as promised. I had to pay another vendor for installation!!!
This store is a joke. They don't have half of the things they put on display and tell you that they will order them for you. When you order them it comes a month late. Wouldn't shop here if I had another choice.
