As soon as I walked in the door I felt right at home. Not only was she sweet but she made sure to ask if I had any questions before we began. Being pregnant I haven’t been feeling the greatest about my looks but when she was done I felt like a new person. Amazing day at the Serenity Skincare Lounge. I never write reviews but I had to write one after my afternoon at Serenity Skincare Lounge.nVanessa is exceptionally kind and skilled at her job. I was really impressed by her knowledge and the quality of product is second to none. If you are looking for a warm, comfortable environment to enjoy a great treatment go here!! Can't recommend it enough or wait for my next visit!

I just quit breastfeeding and my face was a hot mess! Ridiculously dry and hormonal acne all over my chin. Vanessa recommended a chemical peel and omgggggg. The difference was amazing. I had a little peeling for a couple of days but not bad at all. She also took the time to talk to me about all of the skincare products I have been using to try and hydrate my face (which didn't work obviously) and recommended different products that would be good for my skin. So far they have been working really well. She was very professional and I really liked the products she used on my face. I will definitely be back.

This was my first experience with microneedling and I was nervous that it would hurt—or worse, that I would pay for a service and never see results (yet again!). Immediately Vanessa put me at ease, she explained the procedure thoroughly and was so knowledgeable about skin care—explaining the skin healing process and the science behind how microneedling works. She also has the best personality and is super funny. We had great conversation throughout which made it feel like it went by so fast! Best part was—I actually noticed a significant improvement in my skin. Even my sister, who never notices anything, asked what I was doing differently because my skin looked so good. I’d definitely recommend Serenity to anyone who is looking for great service, noticeable results, and a fun conversation.
