Been a few times now since moving to BL. Everytime I go in the ladies are super friendly and very chatty. Have taken my sons in for haircuts and again very kid-friendly and talk to them and make it fun.

Your new contactless check-in need some serious work. I checked in from the app. I got a text saying I was checked in and it will be 15 min give or take 5 min and I'll get another text when it was my turn. 50 min went by, people go in and out while I was next on the list. The gal at the front desk said I needed to come in and tell them I got the text. How is that contactless check in?I got a text saying I was checked in, I was on the list inside the store and nowhere did it say I needed to go inside and make a 3rd contact with someone saying I was here. What a waste of an hour an a half.

Online checkin was easy, the staff is friendly and stylist did a great job

Great place ..good people... won't get a haircut any place else.
