D Nail Spa

These ladies saved me the other night. I walked in with the most disgusting nail job from TK Top Nails in Puyallup.nI should have known better.nI showed the ladies a picture of what I wanted and then my nails on my hands of what TK did. I was so upset I was almost in tears. I was seated and they went to work on me. 2 hours later (after closing) I walked out of there with a beautiful set of light pink hot pink ombre. Thank you so much Cori for staying late and not rushing to give me the beautiful nails I wanted. Won't go anywhere else.nCharity Trumbull- Bonney Lake.

I had a great experience here. Just moved to town and came for a pedicure. I was assisted promptly. I came for a gel pedicure and she did a great job- was also super friendly and paid close attention to detail. It was super relaxing and she massaged my legs and feet longer than I expected which was a godsend for me cause I have a baby at home and the pedicure was a real treat. Would definitely return here. :)

Lied about pricing and rude as hell and cant properly do nails

I came in today and after I left j noticed that there were quite a few issues with my nails, so I called to see what could be done. I called and explained what happened and was promised a refund when I came back in about 30 minutes. I go back, and they tell me u cannot get a refund and that they could not do anything. Then I asked for the manager and was told that they were in Las Vegas, so I asked for the phone number, got the phone number with no answer so I left a voicemail. Then I asked if I could at least get the shellac removed and was told no and that the manager would now be back at the store at 1 PM tomorrow, when originally they did not know when they were going to be back. My nails look nothing like the picture that I showed and I am beyond disappointed. I was really looking forward to having some cute nails before the school year started. Nobody should be proud of the work that was done.

I have been going here on and off for a couple of years and I have only had good experiences. All the girls are so nice and always do a great job. They always offer me a drink and get me seated quickly. Its always relaxing. I would recommend.
