Manager completely messed my hair up. Gave me hot roots. On dark hair. Kept making excuses and blaming me for having greys or having bleach in my hair a year ago. No she just can't do hair. Still charged me. Been going to this location for 4+ years. Will never go again.

3 times now we have tried to take my son here for a haircut and was told there wasn't time. Today at 2 pm 3 employees all sitting around on their phones with no clients, told my husband nothing available until 5, I called and was told 3 for a walk in. This has happened multiple times with not a single client in a chair at the bonney lake location.
