Not bad for the most part. Randy in electrical is ALWAYS a good person to ask anything about. If he doesn't know he'll make sure to head you in right direction. He's overall full of knowledge. The rest of the staff is very nice and helpful as well. The store is clean and well kept for as busy as they get. Tyler was amazing..He was very help and answered all my questions. Helped me get wood and cut..He is a VERY great employee with a great attitude! This homedepot had all helpful employees.
The store was great and most of the employees. But i cant say that for all of them. A manager BARBARA WAS HER NAME is the rudest most disrespectful person i have ever encountered. If you dont like your job BARBARA THEN QUIT. YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A REASON! WHEN SOMEONE ASKS YOU A COUPLE OF QUESTIONS YOU NEED TO NOT BE SO HATEFUL AND TREAT THEM LIKE THEY ARE PUTTING YOU OUT! MAYBE YOU NEED TO HAVE MORE TRAINING IN WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS BARBARA!!!
One Of Most Favorite Places To Purchase Tools And Products For Homes Or Business!
Me and my girlfriend have been looking for new flooring for our house after weeks of preparing looking at different options we decide to order from Home Depot ... it was a large order nearly my entire home plus extra for cuts . The order ends up being a bulk order and they give us a deliver date of two weeks .. okay 6/21 was the date they said a Sunday to top it off we waited all day nothing .. we call the next day they now say the order is there but it isn’t ready for delivery that that won’t be until the Fourth of July (seriously ) ... we call today and they have no idea what’s going on should have been delivered already ... this has token our whole excitement of flooring away ... but your big purchases elsewhere.. btw our contractor has been waiting and has shown up twice he hasn’t charged me but he’s made himself available to start the work for me with fail due to Home Depot
