Very helpful, I had Honda 20.0 pressure washer worked on three times still broke down I was prepared to buy a new one they checked it out and fixed it for under $125 when they knew I was fully prepared to buy an expensive replacement. Mechanics are very knowledgeable and honest
Welding machine was here for over a month and half for a repair .. they have plenty of excuse to hit u with from blaming the mechanic not being there to blaming kholer for not getting back to them ... at the end of the day they where not able to diagnose nothing .. all they say is dont worry will get back to u first thing Monday morning ud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dude02nnFyi my $8,000 welder was sitting in the alley when I decided to take it ud83eudd14nnThink twice before bring equipment to get work on here they sure dont care what is worth
Very knowledgeable people work there they know all in an outs about gardening equipment an chain saws.Good place.
A great place to buy and/or service lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, weed eaters, hedge trimers, and more. Lots of service parts, oils, safety equipment, and accessories. I bought a chain saw and a generator from them. The technician was very knowledgeable on the products and explained the proper use and maintenance. Even serviced, tested and filled the gas on my products. The prices were fair. I was impressed to write this review because of the great customer service experience I had. You will not get this service at any big box store. I am in no way affiliated with the company or its employees.
Very helpful staff friendly will return.
